St. Louis-based real estate developer CRG has completed its sale of a 1,318,680-square-foot logistics facility located at Inland 85 in Duncan to an affiliate of Lexington Realty Trust.
Situated adjacent to the BMW U.S. headquarters and in the vicinity of Michelin North America, the development, which was initially a 500,280-square-foot warehouse, was expanded to house a Fortune 500 investment-grade tenant. Clayco is the design-builder and its subsidiary, Lamar Johnson Collaborative, served as the architect on the 324-acre industrial park located between Greenville and Spartanburg.
“This project is an amazing example of our integrated delivery model and the value we can bring Fortune 500 clients,” CRG President Shawn Clark said. “Our ability to provide design, construction and development services allowed CRG to react quickly and accommodate our client’s requirement.”
