Cost of college was unchanged for all students at Kenneth Shuler School of Cosmetology and Nails-Columbia


Tuition and fees were unchanged for 2018-19 at Kenneth Shuler School of Cosmetology and Nails-Columbia, according to recent data from the U.S. Department of Education.

South Carolina students paid $17,225 to attend the private for-profit school in both the 2017-18 and 2018-19 academic years.

Data shows 93 percent of full-time undergraduates who started school in 2015-16 received student financial aid in some form. In all, 10 students received grants or scholarships totaling $38,905 and 14 students took out student loans totaling more than $117,333.

Including all undergraduates (130), 106 students used grants or scholarships totaling $451,214, and 91 students took out $731,617 in federal student loans.
