Rock Hill, South Carolina had a population of 70,764 people in 2017, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Palmetto Business Daily.

The median age was 33, with 52.3 percent of the total population being female and 47.7 percent male.

The state’s total population in 2017 was 4,893,444.
