Five Forks had a population of 17,500 people in 2017, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Palmetto Business Daily.

Five Forks is a census-designated place in South Carolina. The median age of Five Forks residents was 36, with 49.1 percent of the total population being female and 50.9 percent male.

The state’s total population in 2017 was 4,893,444.
