SC Chamber of Commerce seeking new Vice President of Marketing & Brand Strategy


The South Carolina Chamber of Commerce has recently posted a vacancy to fill the role of Vice President of Marketing & Brand Strategy.

The role will report to the CEO/president and is expected to be responsible for planning, developing and executing on all marketing activities for the organization. They will need to spearhead efforts to communicate and build awareness around the activities of the chamber, its affiliates and its investors as well as effectively establish the chamber’s image and character to its investors, potential investors, policymakers and the general public.

A qualified candidate should possess a bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising or other relevant degree program with 3 years+ experience including graphic design; experience with programs like Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with the website platform Drupal; detail-oriented, with strong written language and communication skills; ability to prioritize with an emphasis on quality and accuracy of work; and must be proficient with web-based analysis and social media tools, among others.
