Graduates earn 576 degrees from Bob Jones University


About 18.4 percent of the 576 degrees and certificates handed out by Bob Jones University in 2017-18 were to students in business, management, marketing, and related support services programs, making them the most popular programs that year, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The agency's National Center for Education Statistics shows the private for-profit institution in Greenville conferred 88 bachelor's degrees and 18 associate's degrees in business, management, marketing, and related support services programs.

But the single most popular program was for a bachelor's degree in general business administration and management. Data shows the school gave out 62 bachelor's degrees in general business administration and management, followed by 29 bachelor's degrees in registered nursing/registered nurse and 25 bachelor's degrees in accounting.

The university enrolled 2,916 students for 2017-18, including 2,606 in undergraduate programs and 310 in graduate programs.
