The Little River Chamber of Commerce and Visitors Center is seeking proposals for an accounting firm that could oversee the chamber’s financial reporting needs.
The service provider is expected to be responsible for the chamber’s monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports. Furthermore, LRCC is open to recommendations on how to improve its internal financial controls to support and protect chamber activities.
The selected provider will be given an initial contract of one year with an option to extend the contract for two additional one-year contract periods.
To participate, interested bidders are required to submit a signed NDA (form to be provided by LRCC) on or before June 21. Written proposals must be forwarded to LRCC on or before July 15 at 5 p.m. EST. The contract is expected to be awarded on August 2.
