Leadership lecturer John Maxwell will return to Columbia International University to conduct another informational and motivational talk.
The author and speaker was named by Inc Magazine as the “No. 1 Leadership and Management Expert in the World.” Having sold more than 30 million books, he has landed a spot on the New York Times', Wall Street Journal's and Business Week's bestseller lists.
Maxwell will discuss his latest book, “Leadershift: 11 Essential Changes Every Leader Must Embrace.”
“Change is so rapid today that leaders must do much more than stay the course to be successful,” Maxwell said. “If they aren’t nimble and ready to adapt, they won’t survive. The key is to learn how to leadershift.”
