Greenville Business Magazine, Greenville Chamber promote area's minority businesses

Greenville Business Magazine, in collaboration with the Greenville Chamber, is set to highlight the Minority Business Accelerator, in a monthly spread recognizing its accomplishments and its participants.

Greenville Business Magazine, in collaboration with the Greenville Chamber, is set to highlight the Minority Business Accelerator, in a monthly spread recognizing its accomplishments and its participants.

The Minority Business Accelerator aims to prepare businesses owned by minority members for growth and expansion and to help Upstate become the most inclusive business community in the world. The spread is valued at $75,000. 

“We're honored to support the Diversity and Inclusion Initiatives,” Lori Coon, Greenville Business Magazine publisher and chief operations officer, said. “As the leading business publication in South Carolina, we see the value in collaborating with partners that increasing efforts to heighten the business community… I feel that it is our social responsibility to make sure we are encouraging the type of business environment we want to see here locally."

Coon said their dedication to helping elevate the awareness of the MBA program and their participants is just part of their commitment to the economic impact in the Greenville County area.
