Cost of college was unchanged for all students at Kenneth Shuler School of Cosmetology-Columbia


Tuition and fees was unchanged for 2017-18 at Kenneth Shuler School of Cosmetology-Columbia, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

South Carolina students paid $17,225 to attend the private for-profit school in both the 2016-17 and 2017-18 academic years.

Data shows 96 percent of full-time undergraduates who started school in 2015-16 received student financial aid in some form. In all, 22 students received grants or scholarships totaling $93,444 and 20 students took out student loans totaling more than $178,371.

Including all undergraduates, 162 students used grants or scholarships totaling $867,081. Another 136 took out $991,961 in federal student loans.
