Graduates earn 637 degrees from Bob Jones University


About 18.7 percent of the 637 degrees and certificates handed out by the Bob Jones University in 2016-17 were to students in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services programs, making them the most popular programs that year, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The agency's National Center for Education Statistics shows the private for-profit institution in Greenville conferred 103 bachelor's degrees and 16 associate's degrees in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services programs.

But the single most popular program was for a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General. Data shows the school gave out 69 bachelor's degrees in Business Administration and Management, General, followed by 42 bachelor's degrees in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse and 34 bachelor's degrees in Accounting.

The university enrolled 2,901 students for 2016-17, including 2,566 in undergraduate programs and 335 in graduate programs.
