About 66.9 percent of the 166 degrees and certificates handed out by the Brown Mackie College-Greenville in 2016-17 were to students in Health Professions and Related Programs programs, making them the most popular programs that year, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.
The agency's National Center for Education Statistics shows the private for-profit institution in Greenville conferred 69 associate's degrees and 39 certificates in Health Professions and Related Programs programs.
But the single most popular program was for a certificate in Medical/Clinical Assistant. Data shows the school gave out 39 certificates in Medical/Clinical Assistant, followed by 25 associate's degrees in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse and 23 associate's degrees in Occupational Therapist Assistant.
The college enrolled 285 students for 2016-17, all of whom were enrolled in undergraduate programs.
