Children's Museum of the Upstate opens in Spartanburg

The Children’s Museum of the Upstate, a 6,000-square-foot museum catering to children of all ages, features exhibits that will inspire learning through play. 

The museum, which opened May 19, also showcases local landmarks and the region’s plants and animals. 

Located at 130 Magnolia St. in Spartanburg, The Children’s Museum of the Upstate is open Tuesdays through Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sundays from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. During the summer, the museum is open Mondays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Admission is $10 for adults and $9 for children ages 1-15.
