Whether creating a website, improving searchability, pinpointing clients or crafting business identity, a free 1 p.m. (EST) Nov. 21 online seminar from the Little River Chamber of Commerce can make a difference for business owners.

Entitled “4 Ways to Market Your Business Locally,” the hourlong event will be presented by Amanda Brinkman, vice president and chief brand and communications officer at Deluxe Corp., a Minnesota-based marketing specialist for small businesses.

“In this webinar, you’ll learn how small businesses like yours have reignited the spark that drives their success … [whether] you own a brick and mortar business or operate out of your home,” stated officials at SCORE Association, an affiliate of the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) and co-sponsor of the event.

Interested stakeholders can register for the webinar by visiting https://www.score.org/event/4-ways-market-your-business-locally. Participants will be able to obtain “insider marketing tips and inspiration” from Brinkman, who also co-hosts a series called "Small Business Revolution – Main Street," which grew out of her experience at Deluxe beginning in 2015.

“Brinkman is credited with creating a movement and new brand positioning for Deluxe,” her company stated on its website. As part of the firm’s leadership team, Brinkman, who has a background in corporate and agency work, handles advertising, branding, media relations, foundation work and marketing strategy.
