Charleston community leaders shine at chamber's Honor's Night

The most influential leaders in the community were honored at the Charleston Metro Chamber of Commerce's Honor's Night on Sept. 20.

The event, which took place at the Dock Street Theatre, held 250 attendees. There were seven categories with winners, and each was recognized as a champion of Charleston's economy and overall quality as a community.  

The Trailblazer Award went to Levelwing, a data and analytics company that, through its work, "determines how best to capitalize on existing demand to maximize their digital media initiatives and to power decision-making," the chamber wrote.

Roper St. Francis Healthcare, a 150-year-old health system, won the Pillar Award. With 90 facilities, almost 800 doctors and over 5,800 employees, Roper St. Francis is one of Charleston's largest employers.

The Rockstar Award went to Robert Bosch LLC, an innovative global supplier of technology and various services. The company's specialties include dealing with antilock braking systems, diesel fuel injectors, and more.

Cantey Tech Consulting, a leader in IT solutions and consulting, was the Milestone recipient. The company was founded in 2007 and has been growing ever since. Cantey has "helped customers in a myriad of industries including construction, healthcare and educational institutions," the chamber wrote.
