Greenville Chamber to host daylong summit on diversity

The Greenville Chamber of Commerce will host its Diversity & Inclusion Summit on Oct. 17.

The summit will cover topics such as supplier diversity and how it drives success. It will be facilitated by Silas Carter, president at the Future Procurement Group LLC. He has more than 20 years of experience in global procurement management programs, consulting and related fields.

Carter will cover topics such as supporting client expectations and assuring compliance.

The summit, titled "Leveraging Human Difference: A Strategic Priority for Business Success & Community Prosperity," will run from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the TD Convention Center. The day wraps up with a networking reception for all guests and speakers.
