The Greenville Chamber of Commerce recently hosted a roundtable discussion, sponsored by MAU Workforce Solutions to help call centers address issues facing one of the areas key industries: finding qualified talent.

Participants in the discussion covered ways to address the issue, such as embracing remote-working options. Offering attendance bonuses could also attract and retain good workers. Companies also noted that reviewing the recruitment process is a good idea, since there is always room for improvement.

The Bureau of Labor Statistics projects that the customer service industry will grow 10 percent by 2024.

MAU Workforce Solutions, in business since 1973, is a family-owned company that provides global staffing and recruiting services. For more information, please visit www.mau.com.
