One software consultant with potential solutions beyond the proverbial carrot or stick will offer his ideas from 9-10 a.m. Aug. 3 at 1180 Highway 17 North, Suite 3 (CresCom Bank building, second floor) in Little River.

In partnership with local business owners, the Little River Chamber of Commerce will present Greyphin Software Solutions LLC founder Brandon Bellegarde at the Chamber’s next scheduled Business Buzz seminar. Bellegarde will cover ways to stimulate employees. Greyphin offers software solutions, consulting services and speaking events for local business entities.

“Most business leaders believe there are two ways to motivate human beings, the carrot or the stick,” Chamber representatives said. “It's time we find a better way.”

The seminar is free to Little River Chamber members and staff, but advance registration is strongly advised to ensure space accommodations. Interested individuals can sign up at LittleRiverChamber.org.

Business Buzz is also free to all members of Grand Strand Scene, an organization for Myrtle Beach area young professionals also known as gsSCENE; in addition, the event is open to members of the public for a nominal $15 fee.

The Little River Chamber of Commerce strives to deliver diverse professional events to fortify the community’s entrepreneurial skills and spirit.
