Turnage has a track record of building partnerships from her time working with the New Orleans Habitat for Humanity. In her new role, she will work to increase chamber membership via sponsorship opportunities and custom proposals to best suit the audience at hand.
“We are thrilled and excited to have someone with Jenna’s depth of experience in developing meaningful and long-term partnerships with corporations,” Adrian Cain, chief development officer for the Charleston Metro Chamber of Commerce, said. “Jenna will have an immediate impact on the chamber and its members.”
Turnage earned an undergraduate degree in journalism at Angelo State University while participating on the track and cross country teams. She also earned a master's degree in public affairs at the University of Texas at Dallas.
She plans to teach yoga in the area while getting familiar with the region.
