The PURE Group of Insurance Companies, including the Privilege Underwriters Reciprocal Exchange (PURE), is expanding its excess and surplus (E&S) PURE programs line into South Carolina for homes insured for $1 million or more.
PURE Programs offer broader coverage than what is typically found on the E&S market, according to a news release from PURE. Brokers can benefit from more efficient insurance issuance while clients will receive better service.
"PURE Programs will bring a much-needed upgrade to the high-value home E&S market in South Carolina," PURE Chief Operating Officer Martin Hartley said. "PURE Programs will transform the E&S insurance experience for high net worth families with higher risk homes, and for the independent brokers who serve them."
Some of the benefits of the new policies include extended replacement cost coverage for up to 200 percent of the insured limit for non-wind-related losses or up to 125 percent of the limit for hurricane-related losses. PURE Programs even have a wind-only homeowners policy that completely covers the insured limit of a condominium or house.
PURE Programs offer concierge-level services such as risk management consultation; advocates who help before, during and after a claim is filed; and access to a licensed adjuster from the moment a claim is filed. PURE Programs are available in Florida and South Carolina and will soon expand to other states. For more information, please visit www.pureinsurance.com/programs.
