Henri Baskins has been named executive vice president of the Columbia Chamber, where she will offer managerial and public-policy leadership.
“Henri is a seasoned businesswoman with a superior reputation across the Midlands and will be able to provide a wealth of experience to our Partners and the community,” Chamber President and CEO Carl Blackstone said. “I am thrilled to include her in the Columbia Chamber family and anticipate the exceptional work she will be able to provide to our public policy efforts. Baskins worked for more than 40 years with AT&T, most recently as regional director of regulatory and external affairs. She helped the company in many disciplines such as planning, government relations and contract negotiations. Since 2012, she has served as the executive director of the Greater Columbia Community Relations Council.
