Some of the charities included Help4Kids, American Heart Association, March of Dimes, American Red Cross and many others. Along with monetary donations, Carolina Trust donated a 2006 Chrysler Town and Country van to Help4Kids and food to Hurricane Matthew relief efforts.
Carolina Trust Federal Credit Union began as Myrtle Beach Air Force Base Federal Credit Union in 1958.
In October 2001, Carolina Trust was granted a community charter, which enabled the credit unit to serve individuals who live or work in Horry, Georgetown, Marion, Williamsburg or southern Florence counties. Relatives of members and business owners are also eligible to join our Credit Union.
Carolina Trust Federal Credit Union now serves more than 35,000 members.
