The Old Cigar Warehouse, an events venue in Greenville, has hired Lauren Lyons as its new venue captain and Anna-Kate Sherrill as its newest wedding director.
Lyons began her career at The Old Cigar Warehouse as a marketing and events intern before being hired as the venue captain. She earned a bachelor’s degree in English from Bob Jones University. While a student, she also worked there as a project management assistant during her time as a student.
Sherrill most recently worked at The Burlap Elephant in Charleston as a wedding planner. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from the College of Charleston.
“Lauren and Anna-Kate are both already invaluable members of our team,” owner Tammy Johnson said. “We feel certain that their efforts will help us continue to exceed guests’ expectations at our events.”
