National fitness brand Koko FitClub will open two clubs in the Charleston area -- one in the Cigar Factory in downtown Charleston and the other at the Sweetgrass Corner shopping center in Mount Pleasant.
These centers, owned and operated by Mark and Jennifer McMahon, are the first for the company in South Carolina.
KoKo FitClub uses digital technology and exercise science to develop workout routines personalized to the individual. A certified Koko FitCoach helps establish fitness goals and assess current fitness levels when a new member joins. Each member receives a customized strength, cardio and nutrition program that changes as they progress. All data is tracked and can be viewed online.
"We always say, 'we Koko so we can live,'" Mark McMahon said. "Koko FitClub's efficient workouts deliver maximum results so that members don't have to spend all of their free time in the gym. We live in a beautiful city with so much to offer, and your workout routine shouldn't prevent you from enjoying that."
An introductory 30-day offer costs $30 and includes personal coaching for every workout. Those who join either of the Charleston Koko FitClub locations will have access to either area location.
The downtown club will be at 701 East Bay St., Suite 103. The Mount Pleasant club will be at 1909 Highway 17N, Suite P210 near Towne Centre.
