NAI Avant's Thomas Boulware and Scott Peevy have completely leased the space at Long Point Commerce Center.
The 66,257-square-foot, single-story building at 547 Long Point Road has an eclectic mix of tenants, such as furniture store Steven Shell; Citrus Fresh Carpet Cleaning; dance studio Once Upon a Ballet; an auto tinting shop, a holistic goods store and more.
Constructed in 2007, Long Point Commerce Center was mostly vacant during the recession until it was was sold to new owners in 2014. NAI Avant was chosen as the leasing agent during in early 2015, finally achieving full occupancy this fall.
“Flex and industrial space in the Mount Pleasant submarket has been in very short supply in recent years,” Peevy said. “Along Long Point Road specifically, industrial/flex inventory is next to non-existent. Long Point Commerce Center has provided tenants with excellent accessibility and Class A build-to-suit space.”
“We are grateful to represent a well-respected local investor in the marketing of one of its key assets, achieving full occupancy in just over 12 months,” Boulware said.
