The 66,257-square-foot, single-story building at 547 Long Point Road has an eclectic mix of tenants, such as furniture store Steven Shell; Citrus Fresh Carpet Cleaning; dance studio Once Upon a Ballet; an auto tinting shop, a holistic goods store and more.
Constructed in 2007, Long Point Commerce Center was mostly vacant during the recession until it was was sold to new owners in 2014. NAI Avant was chosen as the leasing agent during in early 2015, finally achieving full occupancy this fall.
