Leaders at Barnwell, Whaley, Patterson & Helms LLC recently hired Anna Strandberg as its new associate attorney based in the Charleston office.
Strandberg has significant experience in civil and business litigation, business immigration, estate services, employment law and probate services.
Strandberg attended the University of Wisconsin for her degree in anthropology. She then went to the Charleston School of Law, where she received her law degree summa cum laude; she was second in her graduating class.
During law school, Strandberg was the articles editor with the Charleston Law Review. She was also a teaching fellow with the university’s Legal Research, Analysis and Writing department. She received 16 CALI Awards for contractors, torts, immigration and business associations.
Before starting her work at Barnwell Whaley, she was a clerk for the Honorable Judge Irvin Condon in the Charleston County Probate Court; for a local law firm; and for the ACLU of South Carolina.
Barnwell and Whaley was founded in 1938 in Charleston. It 17 members and associates represent and counsel professionals and businesses in the Carolinas.
