In Review: Legacy of the half cent sales tax
Two weeks from today, Charleston County voters will head to the polls and decide whether to pass a half cent sales tax to provide increased funding for local roads. If passed, this tax would "complete the penny" from an initial half cent sales tax passed by voters in 2004.
