South Carolina Bar to provide free legal clinics in North Charleston

The leaders with the South Carolina Bar Pro Bono Program will hold free legal clinics in North Charleston Thursday.

At the event, the main topic of discussion and theme will be “End of Life Issues" including living wills, health care power of attorney, power of attorney, DNR orders, cremation, funeral planning and more. Candace Hope Grant will present this information to the attendees.

The free legal clinics start at 6:30 p.m. and 8 p.m. It will be held at the Dorchester Road Regional Library, located at 6325 Dorchester Road.

The seminar is free and open to the public. The format of the meeting will include an overview of the topic in general. Then the host will hold a questions-and-answer session.
