City of Columbia Customer Care Center now operates all day

The City of Columbia’s Customer Care Center has established hours of operation that took effect Sept. 29.


The City of Columbia’s Customer Care Center has established new hours of operation that took effect Sept. 29.

The center is now open 24 hours a day, enabling callers to interact with a live representative. Callers can now also report non-emergency and emergency concerns directly to a representative instead of being routed to an answering service as happened when the Customer Care Center was closed.
