Tarrant Real Estate hires CBRE for International Mercantile Park project

Tarrant Real Estate announces it hired CBRE to be the exclusive partner to provide real estate services for the International Mercantile Park project.

Tarrant Real Estate, a leading southeastern real estate investment company, will partner exclusively with CBRE to provide real estate services for International Mercantile Park, an industrial park spanning 70 acres in Berkeley County.

“We are excited about the Charleston industrial market and the jobs International Mercantile Park will bring to the Charleston region and Berkeley County,” Lang Tarrant, managing director, Tarrant Real Estate, said. “We look forward to bringing high-quality industrial users and developers to the market.”

Strategically located at the Jedburg interchange, International Mercantile Park is positioned at the entryway to Charleston and the core of Interstate 26 north submarket, an area quickly developing as a center of economic activity. In fact, roughly two-thirds of the industrial space under construction is within the I-26 North submarket. The park also provides easy access to I-26 and unmatchable locality to Boeing, Cummins, Daimler Vans and Volvo.
