Aaron Dupree, VP of commercial real estate firm CBRE, was recently included as one of the “Best and Brightest Under 35” for this year in Columbia Business Monthly.
There were just 35 young leaders chosen for this honor in the Midlands. All of them make significant contributions to their workplaces and communities.
Dupree was added to the list for his outstanding community involvement and career achievements. He works at CBRE’s location in downtown Columbia, where he develops innovative corporate real estate solutions to satisfy tenants/occupiers as well as owners/investors involved within the office sector.
“We encourage all of our people to live and grow in the communities where they work,” Steve Smith, Managing Director of South Carolina for CBRE, said. “Aaron’s contribution to the Columbia community is evident in his impressive list of personal and professional endeavors.”
Dupree is one of the top producers in the company’s Columbia market. Last year, was ranked as a Top Producer for CBRE in Columbia. For the last two years, his team has handled 73 transactions, adding up to 1.2 million square feet with $94 million in gross consideration.
