Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP recently welcomed Chadwick S. Devlin to its Columbia office.
Devlin joins the firm as an associate focusing on appellate, commercial, consumer and employment litigation.
Devlin graduated from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice, magna cum laude, and earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of South Carolina School of Law.
His previous experience includes serving as a judicial law clerk for Fifth Judicial Circuit Court Judge Alison Renee Lee. He was also a judicial intern for U.S. District Court for South Carolina Judge J. Michelle Childs. He worked as a law clerk for the City of Columbia Legal Department and served in the Richland County Public Defender's Office as a University of South Carolina School of Law extern.
