Angela Hawkins, a real estate professional with approximately 20 years of experience, recently joined the William Means Real Estate organization in Charleston as one of its new real estate agents.
Hawkins has experience is practically every step of purchasing a home. Before she began her work as a real estate broken in South Carolina and Virginia, she was a paralegal and a mortgage banker.
Hawkins said she believes that her varied background is important to her clients.
“Surprises in real estate typically are not good and usually cost money, so understanding beforehand what to expect and being guided throughout is invaluable,” Hawkins said. “I want my clients to have a relaxed mind and smooth deal.”
Hawkins’ previous experience is what caught the attention of William Means at the start.
“Angela’s background in sales, lending and real estate titles and settlements informs and prepares her clients for the entire transaction,” Helen Geer, president of William Means, said. “A smooth real estate process like that is just what our clients want and deserve.”
In her new position, Hawkins will dedicate herself to collaboration and professionalism.
“I believe in collaboration toward a common goal as well as good will and diligent effort among all parties,” Hawkins said. “My professional approach mirrors my steadfast loyalty of friendships. I measure my performance based on referrals from satisfied clients.”
