CBRE Group Inc. recently announced that it has added Jim Frazier as a researcher for the company’s Southeast Research team, which is located in Charleston, South Carolina.
In his new position, Frazier will track the commercial real estate market analysis specifically for South Carolina. His regions will include the markets in Columbia, Greenville-Spartanburg, and Charleston.
Before being part of CBRE, Frazier worked at CoStar to facilitate research for markets in the Carolinas as well as Kansas City.
Frazier attended the University of North Carolina for his BA in Economics. He also studied entrepreneurship as his minor.
“We are excited to expand our team’s research capacity with the addition of Jim,” Brian Reed, CBRE Research Manager, said. “He brings an expertise in detailed-oriented market tracking and a nuanced understanding of the needs and value of research to sophisticated internal and external clients.”
As of today, CBRE tracks more than 400 million square feet of South Carolina’s real commercial real estate. It helps clients with their research needs, managing more than $500 million in transaction activity last year alone.
CBRE is a Fortune 500 and S&P 500 company based out of Los Angeles, California. Due to its 2014 revenue, it’s the biggest commercial real estate services and investment firm in the world.
