Rosen Hagood recently announced that its attorney, Alex Cash, was chosen to be the 2016-17 President of the South Carolina Association for Justice (SCAJ) on Aug. 4.
The SCAJ organization is focused on protecting the rights of individuals. There are currently more than 1,300 members of the SCAJ throughout South Carolina.
Prior to this, Cash was chosen to serve in other roles for SCAJ, such as VP, president-elect, on the board of governors, and secretary/treasurer. Cash has been designated AV Preeminent, the highest professional rating from Martindale-Hubbell.
In 2008, Cash’s peers also chose him as one of the National Trial Lawyers “Top 100 Trial Lawyers” in the state. In 2015, the National Association of Distinguished Counsel named him among the “Top One Percent” of lawyers.
Cash focuses on practicing in family law. This includes custody, divorce, property division, and support issues. He also helps clients who are involved in catastrophic personal injury cases.
“We are proud to have Alex represent SCAJ as its newest president,” Richard Rosen, managing partner of the firm, said. “Bringing his 25 years of experience to the table, we know that he will serve the association well and will continue to advocate for justice.”
