Sagacious Partners, based in Columbia, South Carolina, recently announced that it has expanded its executive coaching techniques by including The Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) throughout the Palmetto State.
Neil McLean, the CEO and managing partner of Sagacious Partners, is just one member of North America’s 128 Professional EOS Implementers. He is the only one to use the program in South Carolina.
EOS, which is made of business principles and real-world tools, helps entrepreneurs succeed in their businesses. With this “way of operating,” the program helps leadership teams and growth-oriented companies improve systematically and permanently.
Using EOS, companies are able to focus their teams on the same goals. This improves the company’s traction, accountability, discipline, and allows for a more for a functional, healthy, and cohesive leadership team and a progressive company.
To date, EOS implementers have conducted more than 14,000 full-day sessions for over 2,800 companies.
“I learned about EOS several years ago and immediately began implementing within my business,” McLean said. “As a company, we gained more clarity on where we were going, and how we were going to get there than we had achieved in the previous 14 years. Now I’m helping other owners get a grip on their business too.”
