Brennan Investment Group recently chose John Culbertson to be the new SVP of acquisitions, where he will run industrial property investments in the Carolinas as well as the Port of Savannah, Georgia.
Culbertson’s new responsibilities include supervising all of the company’s operational activities, such as management and leasing, inside his region. He will be based in the company's Charlotte, North Carolina office.
In 2000 and 2006, Culbertson worked at Trammell Crow, where he sourced new business as well as offered leadership for the business’s southeast sector. His duties included managing dispositions, handling negotiations for national telecommunication projects, gaining acclaim for his creative execution and leadership.
Earlier, in 1997 through 2000, Culbertson started his career at International Airport Centers. His responsibilities were multi-project and multi-site, managing the renovations of a deportation warehouse dating from World War II.

Culbertson’s bachelor’s degree is from the College of Charleston, where he studied business administration. He also attended the McColl School of Business, part of Queens University, for his MBA.
