LS3P has announced that Molly Vaughan has joined its Charleston office as a designer.
Vaughan recently graduated from Virginia Tech with a Bachelor of Architecture and has accrued experience on the professional level, which includes an internship, with an architecture firm based out of Washington, D.C., as well as with a design and build studio that was a partner in the designing, building and donating of a fieldhouse to the Little League of Clifton Forge, Virginia. The fieldhouse won the AIA Blue Ridge Honor Award for Excellence in Architecture in 2014 and was featured in ARCHITECT Magazine.
Vaughan is a co-founder of an organization called Hokies for Haiti, which raised funds that paid for building projects in Haiti and the Dominican Republic. She also took part in two volunteer service trips to Haiti, helping to design and build an elementary school there.
