Kelli Sullivan, an attorney and partner at McKay, Cauthen, Settana, & Stubley, PA (The McKay Firm), was recently chosen to join the Unauthorized Practice of Law Committee and the Lawyers Helping Lawyers Committee of the South Carolina Bar.
Sullivan only recently finished serving at the South Carolina Bar Association’s Ethics Advisory Committee, where she was the chair for two years and a member for more than 10 years.
The Unauthorized Practice of Law Committee manages any unauthorized law activity and helps authorities when they need to take action. The Lawyers Helping Lawyers Committee is an organization that helps judges and lawyers who are addicted to drugs or alcohol or who live with depression.
Currently, Sullivan practices in civil litigation and medical malpractice defense. She is a certified mediator at the McKay Firm. Before she joined McKay, Sullivan worked at Nationwide Insurance as the Regional Assistant General Counsel.
Sullivan earned her BA from the University of South Carolina and her JD from the University of South Carolina School of Law.
