Julie Medich, an attorney and shareholder with Haynsworth Sinkler Boyd, was recently appointed to serve on the board of directors for the Liberty Fellowship, joining half a dozen new colleagues from across the state.
Medich is an active Charleston community member. As chair of the company’s corporate practice division, Medich specializes in business, mergers and acquisitions, economic development and commercial real estate. She is a member of the 2014 class of Liberty Fellows.
Currently serving on the board of “Cradle to Career,” a tri-county group of leaders dedicated to improving educational outcomes, Medich has a long track record of participation with many charitable organizations including United Way, the Charleston Metro Chamber of Commerce and area health care and cultural groups.
The Liberty Fellowship, based in Spartanburg, seeks to promote outstanding leadership in South Carolina, empowering the state to attain its full potential.
