A new VP of development, Shea Sinclair, and advancement administrative assistant, Cassandra Flanick, were recently hired at the Charleston Metro Chamber of Commerce.
In her new job, Sinclair will be tasked with developing and implementing the chamber's strategic plan of action. She will work with the organization's public and private donors. She comes to the chamber from the Western Kansas Community Foundation, where she served for eight years as CEO and executive director.
Sinclair has over two decades of donor relations experience; she has worked in fundraising and development with a variety of not-for-profit organizations. She holds a bachelor of science degree in interior design from Kansas State University.
As advancement administrative assistant, Flanick will work closely with the chamber's chief advancement officer. She will coordinate the division's activities and support its staff.
Flanick holds a bachelor of science degree from the University of Central Florida.
