Officials for Los Angeles, California-based global commercial real estate services and investment firm CBRE Group Inc. recently announced the promotion of Shannon Lyon to assistant real estate manager for the firm's Columbia, South Carolina asset services division.
“Shannon is undoubtedly one of CBRE’s best and brightest professionals,” Sandra Johnson, CBRE senior real estate manager, said. “Shannon meets challenges ‘head on,’ with an eagerness to learn and to be a part of solutions. Her dedication and service to tenants, owners and teammates has been exemplary over the years.”
Jim Roman, CBRE's director of asset services, agreed.

Lyon has been with CBRE since 2008.

Lyon has been a South Carolina resident since 2003. She earned a bachelor of science degree in marketing with a minor in information technology from Bentley University in Walthan, Massachusetts. Active in her community, she belongs to the GFWC Junior Woman’s Club of Columbia, IREM and the CBRE Rising Professionals Organization and CBRE Women’s Network.
