Those interested in a proposed amendment to the Code of Ordinances for the City of Columbia, South Carolina that would change Article VIII of Chapter 5’s Building Regulations — more specifically the Absentee Landlord Regulation Program — should plan to attend a public hearing set for Tuesday, April 5.
The hearing will take place in Council Chambers, located on the third floor of Columbia’s City Hall at 1737 Main St., and will begin at 6 p.m. There will be time allotted on the agenda for public comment.
