Three new commercial bankers with a combined five decades of experience have joined the team at the Greenville, South Carolina location of First Community Bank.
An expansion of the bank’s Greenville loan production office led to the hiring of commercial bankers Coleman Kirven, Trey Werner and David Ramseur. The trio has worked with an array of local businesses and business professionals throughout the upstate South Carolina region.
The new group will be helmed by Kirven, who was appointed SVP and regional market president. Werner will be the group’s VP and senior commercial banker, while Ramseur will serve as VP and commercial banker.
“Our team is excited to become a part of First Community Bank,” Kirven said. “We are passionate about the upstate market and joining First Community allows us to continue to serve local businesses and professionals with a partner focused on their unique needs. With First Community’s strong record of success and similar values, we knew this was a great fit for us.”
Assisting the new officers will be paralender Dana Childress.
“Business activity in the Greenville area is strong, and for the past two years, we have been seeking the right bankers to help expand our presence in this market,” Michael Crapps, president and CEO of First Community Bank, said. “We are very pleased to assemble a team that matches our distinct style of banking and will help us grow our other lines of business in the future.”
More than 200 professionals staff First Community Bank’s 15 branches, which are located throughout South Carolina and Augusta, Georgia. Those professionals assist customers with a full suite of services including commercial and retail banking, residential mortgage banking and financial planning and investment advisory services.
