North Charleston, South Carolina will be the site of a new Homewood Suites by Hilton, a project of R IV Architecture.
It is being built at Interstate 26 (exit 209) and Ashley Phosphate Road. Construction is expected to start during the first quarter of this year, and the grand opening target date is spring 2017.
The six-story hotel will measure over 78,000 square feet and feature 98 suites for guests who need extended-stay lodging. The suites will be equipped with kitchenettes, and guests can enjoy complimentary breakfasts, nightly manager’s reception, a fitness center, a covered back porch grill area, meeting room, and drive-through entrance.
Other amenities will also be included in the hotel, including a pool and additional outdoor living spaces.
