CBRE, a real estate company based in Los Angeles, California that operates offices in Charleston, Greenville and Columbia, South Carolina, was honored recently with inclusion in Fortune magazine's Most Admired Companies list.
The rankings included real estate companies from all over the country; this is fourth year in a row CBRE has been included. Rankings are compiled using corporate performance statistics; CBRE ranked in the number one spot for people management and also received high marks for quality of services and management as well as financial soundness and innovation.
CBRE's 2016 score was 6.69; an improvement over its 2015 score of 6.23.
