East Cooper Top Producers Club elects 2016 officers

The 2016 officers for the East Cooper Top Producers Club (ECTP), which honors realtors in and around he Mount Pleasant, South Carolina area for exemplary sales performance, have been elected.


The 2016 officers for the East Cooper Top Producers Club (ECTP), which honors realtors in and around he Mount Pleasant, South Carolina area for exemplary sales performance, have been elected.

Serving a second term as ECTP president will be Timm Gipe, who serves Carolina One Real Estate as a licensed realtor. He has been in real estate sales for more than four decades and also has extensive marketing experience.

Gipe was honored by the National Association of Realtors in 2013 as the organization's Realtor Emeritus; he has also been the recipient of Carolina One's Lifetime Achievement Award. He and his daughter Sarah Gipe Yandle own and operate Gipe Real Estate Partners.

Coming on as ECTP vice president is Carolina One's Geri Lipps, who began selling real estate after a successful career in marketing and public relations.

A resident of Charleston, South Carolina since 2007, she began her tenure at Carolina One in 2008.

ECTP's 2016 secretary is Clemson University graduate Kendall Koste, who holds a bachelor of science degree in marketing. She has lived in Mount Pleasant for 20 years and came to Carolina One in 2009.

Harbor City Real Estate Advisors realtor Karla Leahy is ECTP's 2016 treasurer. Leahy has been a realtor for more than a decade; her areas of expertise include relocation, vacation properties, new construction and resales.
