Customer service representative Kaylee Hill is the newest member of State Farm agent Tony Pope's team in Summerville, South Carolina.
Another member of the team, Kasey McCrackin, has earned her property and casualty license.
Hill comes to State Farm with three years of customer service experience. She has studied business management. In her new role, Hill will be assisting the office's policyholders with their questions and concerns.
McCrackin will continue in her current job at the Summerville office, where she has been staff assistant. Her desire to continue her education in the field led her to seek property and casualty training and go on to earn her license in the field.
State Farm and its affiliates are the largest providers of auto, home and individual life insurance in the United States, employing 18,000 agents that oversee more than 82 million policies.
