The seventh location of law firm Parker Poe Adams & Bernstein LLP opened recently in Greenville, South Carolina.
The new location will be led by office manager and firm partner Michael Kozlarek.
Kozlarek, who brings to the firm 15 years of experience, specializes in public finance, economic development, tax disputes and general municipal law for state and local governments and businesses.
Outside the courtroom, Kozlarek taught at the University of South Carolina School of Law and is a former member of the South Carolina Army National Guard. Kozlarek received his JD and MIBS degrees from the University of South Carolina and is a graduate of Princeton University.
Associate Madison Felder is also coming to the Greenville office, transferring from Parker Poe's Columbia, South Carolina office. He specializes in local, state and federal tax issues related to public finance transactions and economic development.
Felder earned his bachelor's degree from Wofford College and his law degree in taxation from the University of Florida.
About 200 lawyers are available at Parker Poe's offices in South Carolina, North Carolina and Georgia.
