Carolina One New Homes (CONH) recently welcomed a half-dozen new home sales agents — Shoneese Bostic, Linda Bush, Michael Connell, Charlene Hubenthal, Robin Russell and Darlene McElveen-Tanenbaum — to its metro Charleston, South Carolina team.
Bostic hails from Florence, South Carolina and graduated from the College of Charleston. She has worked as a sales manager for HH Hunt Homes in both North and South Carolina, during which time she earned many awards for sales and customer service,
She will be based at Hunter Quinn Homes.
Bush, a licensed realtor since 2006, is a native of Pawtucket, Rhode Island. She has been in Charleston since 1986 and brings to Carolina One three decades of sales and marketing experience.
She will be based at Palmetto Signature Homes.
Connell, from Tarrytown, New York, graduated from Bloomsburg University in Pennsylvania. He has been a licensed realtor since 2009, and has much experience in selling new luxury homes and providing relocation services for clients. He comes to Carolina One from Mendham, New Jersey-based Weichert Realtors.
He will be based at the Custom Homes Group of CONH.
Hubenthal has lived all her life in the Charleston area. She is a new realtor; she chose to change her career path after many years working for the town of Mount Pleasant, South Carolina as a firefighter and emergency medical technician and a police officer for the City of North Charleston.
She is still being trained, and will be based at Mungo Homes.
Russell comes to Carolina One from a custom homebuilding company in Lexington, South Carolina. Her background is in television advertising sales; she worked for the Columbia, South Carolina CBS affiliate.
She will be based at Arthur Rutenberg Homes.
A Lancaster, South Carolina native and Loyola University graduate, McElveen-Tanenbaum has been a licensed realtor for more over 15 years. She has spent the last several years working in sales and marketing for Summerville, South Carolina company The Ponds.
With Carolina One she will work at FrontDoor Communities at the Tributary in Rivertowne and Carolina Park in North Mount Pleasant.
